Simon's Town

Yesterday my friends and I went for a day trip to Simons Town. It was lovely, like a short holiday without the drag of accommodation or running out of things to do. The town is quite a tourist attraction. There are many quirky shops selling everything from vintage clothing to couture ice-cream (I recommend the coconut vanilla, too delicious). Next time you have a day, or even half a day off, take a drive or travel by train to this beautiful little town.
