Game Shows

You know, there's something about game shows that just has me hooked.

Could it be the hearty, yet rehearsed "Hello and welcome.." or is it the slightly off pitch yet confident contestants, always willing to yodel out some old song no one remembers?

I'm almost sure it's about the shows host.

No matter how cool the studio looks, or what the prises are, the host makes the show. This person has to look like he/she is having a great time- all the time. Well, except when certain contestants go through though times, they need to feel the fear and still be cool enough to laugh with them when times are good.

What would life be without game shows?

Life would be different.
